La CCM 48SD presentata in fiera sarà equipaggiata con uno stampo COLL PLUS® idoneo alla produzione di capsule monopezzo AB1881CSD13. Come le altre macchine della gamma SACMI CCM, la soluzione garantisce i costi di esercizio più bassi del mercato anche grazie al sistema di autoregolazione delle pressioni idrauliche tramite inverter, insieme a ridotti tempi ciclo, elevata flessibilità di gestione, qualità e ripetibilità totale del processo e un cambio formato ancora più veloce grazie al nuovo design degli stampi.

Compression Technology by SACMI on show at Plastivision 2020

Visitors to the SACMI stand will see be the famed CCM 48SD. Specifically configured for the Indian market, it can produce up to 2000 plastic caps per minute with just 48 moulds and has a cycle time of up to 1.44 seconds, making it one the most competitive solutions on the market for the production of one-piece capsules for flat water, CSD, hot filling and cold aseptic filling.
The CCM 48SD presented at the trade fair will be equipped with a COLL PLUS® mould designed for making AB1881CSD13 one-piece capsules. Like the other machines in the SACMI CCM range, the solution guarantees the lowest operating costs on the market also by exploiting a self-regulating hydraulic pressure system through inverters, together with short cycle times, high management flexibility, high quality, full process repeatability and an even faster format changeover courtesy of the new mould design.
The only competitor in the world capable of developing complete systems from raw materials to the shelf, SACMI is introducing full solutions for preform and bottling line management alongside the CCM. An integrated offer of computer vision systems for in-line, high-speed inspection of labelled capsules, preforms and containers designed to be installed downstream of the machine.
