BANCO DI SCARICO E ACCUMULO LINEARE DELLA SERIE DAT
Il banco di scarico e accumulo lineare della serie DAT (acronimo di Discharge Accumulation Table) proposto da SMI è particolarmente adatto per ricevere, trasportare e scaricare un’ampia gamma di contenitori sagomati (rettangolari, quadrati oppure ovali).
COME FUNZIONA?
IN INGRESSO
In ingresso il prodotto arriva sul nastro trasportore in fila singola, distanziato e senza pressione, grazie ad un dispositivo cadenzatore che ne preserva la qualità durante la movimentazione. Il nastro in ingresso monta un sistema di traslazione a 90°, realizzato da una coppia di nastrini con catena modulare e superficie gommata per proteggere i prodotti e accompagnarli verso il banco di accumulo.
AL CENTRO
Nella zona centrale, il DAT funziona come tappeto multivia composto da varie file affiancate (la lunghezza e il numero variano in funzione delle dimensioni dei contenitori e della quantità di prodotto in accumulo richiesta da soffiatrice e riempitrice). L’alimentazione dei prodotti sul DAT avviene una fila per volta: una fila entra ed una fila esce. In caso di fermo a valle, un primo lotto di contenitori entra sul DAT per completare la prima fila del tappeto. A seguire entrano altri lotti, che occupano le restanti vie del DAT.
IN USCITA
In uscita, il nastro trasportatore di scarico prodotti riceve i contenitori dal banco di accumulo e, senza alcun fermo, li invia al nastro a fila singola e alla linea di confezionamento a valle. In situazione di funzionamento normale, il sistema scarica la fila che entra mentre in caso di fermo a monte provvede a scaricare una fila per volta fino al completo svuotamento del DAT.

DISCHARGE ACCUMULATION TABLE FROM THE DAT RANGE
Linear discharge accumulation table from the DAT range (acronym for Discharge Accumulation Table) supplied by SMI is particularly suitable for receiving, transporting and offloading a wide range of shaped containers (rectangular, square or oval).
HOW DOES IT WORK?
INFEED SECTION
At the infeed, the product arrives on the conveyor belt in single lane, spaced out and without pressure, thanks to a sorting conveyor that preserves its quality during handling. The infeed conveyor belt is equipped with a 90° translation system, made up of a pair of belts with modular chain and rubberized surface to protect the products and accompany them towards the accumulation table.
CENTRAL SECTION
In the central part, the DAT works as a multi-way belt made up of several lanes side by side (the length and the number vary according to the size of the containers and the amount of accumulation product required by the blower and the filler). The products are fed to the DAT one lane at a time; one lane enters and one exits. In the case of a downstream stop, a first batch of containers enters the DAT to complete the first lane of the belt. Then other batches enter, occupying the remaining lanes of the DAT.
OUTFEED SECTION
At the outfeed, the product discharge conveyor belt receives the containers from the accumulation table, and, without any stops, sends them to the single-lane belt and the packaging line downstream. In normal operating conditions, the system discharges the lane that enters while, in case of downstream stops, discharges one lane at a time, till the DAT is completely empty.
