OCME segue le tendenze di crescita delle vendite LGV

Dall’8 al 10 marzo si svolgerà la fiera LOGIMAT 2016, la fiera internazionale per la distribuzione, movimentazione dei materiali e il flusso di informazioni, a Stoccarda in Germania. (Nella foto Mark Mauro Magri, Sales Area Manager OCME)

Negli ultimi 13 anni, OCME è presente in un mercato che continua a crescere, infatti:
“Le vendite di veicoli a guida automatica sono aumentate del 20% nell’ultimo anno e il numero di veicoli aumenterà quasi del 65% nei prossimi 8 anni”*.

Durante i tre giorni di esposizione gli esperti OCME saranno presenti allo stand numero 9D33, dove presenteranno delle soluzioni di avanguardia per la logistica interna; i veicoli laser guidati OCME per la movimentazione di prodotti in ambienti industriali e sarà anche esposta la macchina LGV AURIGA. Inoltre, durante l’appuntamento fieristico parteciperemo alla premiazione “Best Product Awards” con la navetta Auriga RT nella categoria “Picking, conveying, lifting, storage technology”

La gamma di navette AURIGA segue un percorso definitivo e ripetitivo grazie ad una serie di catarifrangenti circolari posizionati lungo il tragitto. È in grado di raggiungere una velocità di 1700 mm al secondo con portata massima di 6.000 Kg. Con i veicoli OCME si ha una sicurezza ai massimi livelli grazie a una copertura totale attorno al veicolo con sensori laser di sicurezza.

Mark Mauro Magri, Sales Area Manager OCME, inoltre, ci spiega che: “Un sistema con alto grado di automazione è in grado di funzionare autonomamente senza l’intervento di un’interfaccia umana. Una soluzione atta a poter asservire i differenti centri dello stabilimento, scegliendo di volta in volta il percorso migliore, senza prevedere interventi di modifica nella sua struttura. Un’ambiente sicuro, flessibile e senza danni alla merce trasportata è quindi il focus principale che Ocme da 15 anni a questa parte si è prefissa di garantire grazie alla tecnologia di navigazione laser affidata ai suoi veicoli Auriga”.

Nel 2016 sono previsti una moltitudine di eventi, non mancheranno gli OpenHouse, appuntamenti a Conferenze e fiere e molto altro…

OCME follows the trend in LGV sales growth

From the 8th to the 10th of March, LOGIMAT 2016: the international trade fair for distribution, material handling and information flow, will take place in Stuttgart, Germany.

For the last 13 years, OCME has been present in a market that keeps on growing:

During the three days of the exhibition, OCME experts will be present on  booth number 9D33, where they will present avantgarde solutions for internal logistics, as well as a focus on the AURIGA Laser Guided Vehicle which will be on display.     In addition, during the trade fair OCME will take part in the “Best Product Awards” ceremony, featuring the Auriga RT vehicle  in the category “Picking, conveying, lifting, and  storage technology”

AURIGA vehicles follow a definitive and repetitive path thanks to a series of circular reflectors positioned along the route. They are able to reach a speed of
1700 mm/second with a maximum capacity of 6,000 Kg. The systems have a high safety level thanks to a total coverage around the vehicle, as well as the integration of safety laser sensors.

Mark Mauro Magri, Sales Area Manager of OCME also explains that: “A system with a high degree of automation is able to function autonomously without the intervention of a human interface, but also with a high ability to serve the different areas of the plant, choosing the best path. Thanks to its flexibility and the laser navigation technology, this system is able to avoid any damage caused to the products being transported: safety has indeed been OCME’s main focus for 15 years.”

In 2016 will take place a multitude of events: many OCME appointments are scheduled, such are OpenHouses, conferences and trade shows.
