Punto di riferimento in America Latina, l’evento vede la partecipazione di Sacmi con il progetto IPS – injection preform moulding – la piattaforma per la produzione di preforme in PET che coniuga produttività, flessibilità, bassi consumi energetici.
Quali sono i mercati a più alto potenziale di sviluppo in un continente che vede un altissimo consumo di PET nel settore packaging? E quali le tecnologie più interessanti per rendere la lavorazione del PET sostenibile dal punto di vista economico e ambientale? A queste ed altre domande si propone di rispondere il meeting internazionale Sapet (South America PET Markets, Applications & Recycling), in agenda nella capitale argentina Buenos Aires il 14 e 15 giugno 2016 (Hotel Melià).

Tra i punti di forza della proposta Sacmi, i ridottissimi consumi energetici, pari ad appena 0,20 kW/kg a capacità di plastificazione massima (1.225 kg/h) anche grazie al sistema di recupero energetico K.E.R.S di serie sul motore lineare della mano di presa (postraffreddatore). Precisa scelta progettuale alla base dello sviluppo della nuova gamma è poi quella di rendere la piattaforma compatibile con la maggior parte degli stampi diffusi sul mercato, con l’ambizioso obiettivo di fare della IPS una piattaforma “open source” adeguata a rispondere alle più diversificate esigenze produttive e di investimento.
Presente da anni in Sudamerica con proprie sedi produttive ed unità dedicate al settore beverage & packaging – da Sacmi do Brasil a Sacmi Impianti Argentina, fondata già nel 1980 e attrezzata per operare al servizio di tutti i mercati limitrofi, dal Perù al Cile, dall’Uruguay alla Bolivia – Sacmi ambisce con la tecnologia IPS a misurarsi con le migliori soluzioni sul mercato in termini di efficienza ed alto ritorno dell’investimento. PET industry to meet up at Sapet 2016

Which markets have the greatest development potential on a continent characterised by extremely high PET consumption in the packaging industry? And which technologies are the most interesting when it comes to making PET processing sustainable from both an economic and environmental standpoint? Answers to these questions and others will soon be forthcoming at the international Sapet (South America PET Markets, Applications & Recycling) meeting, to be held in the Argentinian capital of Buenos Aires on 14th and 15th June 2016 (Hotel Melià).
