2017 anno importante in tema di fiere: saranno due gli appuntamenti importanti a livello mondiale, INTERPACK e DRINKTEC. P.E. Labellers e Packlab si stanno preparando, come di consueto, in primis alla partecipazione a INTERPACK. Dal 4 al 10 maggio saranno infatti impegnate a Dusseldorf, nello stand 14D09, con un’ampia gamma di innovazioni tecnologiche.
In stand sarà esposta l’etichettatrice modello MODULAR TOP 1120-16 SM equipaggiata con:
- un carrello con modulo autoadesivo 140mt
- un carrello con modulo autoadesivo 140mt con giuntatore automatico
- un carrello con gruppo colla a freddo 5 palette per applicazione sigillo, con nuove protezioni a ghigliottina e sistema di rinforzo colla a caldo
- stelle a pinze multiformato
- realtà aumentata: che sarà descritta qui di seguito.
Sarà altresì presente l’innovativa sleever MAYA, disponibile per applicazioni full-body, half-body, tamper-evident, bi-pack promozionali: una macchina compatta, performante, versatile e completamente accessoriabile per soddisfare le più svariate esigenze di marketing in grado di confezionare contenitori, vuoti o pieni, di qualsiasi forma, dimensione e materiale e di lavorare manicotti con spessore ridotto rispetto allo standard, con conseguente riduzione del costo delle bobine, garantendo ugualmente un confezionamento che rispetta gli elevati standard qualitativi marcati P.E. LABELLERS.
Qui di seguito descriviamo il progetto Pocket Sercos, installato in macchina, importante innovazione tecnologica per la risoluzione dei problemi in linea.
Packlab esporrà l’etichettatrice lineare EASY REP FB 40 SL, modello più compatto della versione WING con protezioni scorrevoli a copertura totale, anche nella parte superiore. Riduzione di ingombri e flessibilità come una WING con velocità di produzione fino a 7.200 pph. Le etichettatrici Packlab sono costantemente in evoluzione per avvicinarsi sempre più alle richieste dei clienti. La macchina è dotata di stampante a trasferimento termico per dati variabili.
P.E. LABELLERS PRESENTA : INDUSTRIA 4.0, LA RIVOLUZIONE DEL SERVICE
La vera rivoluzione tecnologica per quanto riguarda la possibilità di uso, manutenzione e gestione delle produttività macchine con strumenti avveniristici collegati a devices quali tablet e smartphones, dotati di determinate App (attualmente disponibili per software IOS, dal 2018 saranno sviluppate anche per sistemi Android).
In Italia, la certificazione delle macchine allineate con i requisiti 4.0 implica la possibilità di applicare Iper Ammortamenti che arrivano al 250%.
Il sistema di realtà aumentata installato sulla Modular Top, utilizza un I-Pad con applicazione dedicata, che permette di inquadrare la macchina, monitorarne lo stato di operatività, visualizzare eventuali allarmi, segnali o manutenzioni da apportare.
Con questo dispositivo è altresì possibile visualizzare l’interno dell’armadio elettrico per controllarne lo stato senza dover fermare la macchina e aprire fisicamente l’armadio. Il tutto a portata di ”dito”.
La Sleever sarà invece dotata di sistema Poket Sercos, per la risoluzione dei problemi online. Il sistema utilizza sia I-Phone che I-Pad, con App dedicata e connessione Wi-Fi o 3G. In caso di problemi la macchina manda un segnale di allarme sull’applicazione e l’operatore può inviarla direttamente al Service P.E. in tempo reale. In questo modo, il problema viene individuato direttamente e viene fornita la soluzione in modo rapido e diretto, dove possibile, inviando una password temporanea, data all’operatore dal tecnico assistenza P.E., per fare settaggio parametri guidato con supporto.
Altro valore aggiunto a questo sistema è la lettura dei dati macchina che avviene nella lingua della posizione geografica della stessa, infatti essendo fatta con dispositivi IOS, se la macchina è in Portogallo i dati sono letti in portoghese, se in Arabia i dati sono letti in Arabo. Non ci sono dati da tradurre in quanto questi sono letti direttamente dal sistema Pocket Sercos.

The year 2017 will see important trade fairs taking place: two major global events will be INTERPACK and DRINKTEC.
P.E. Labellers and Packlab are getting ready, first and foremost as always, to participate in INTERPACK. In fact, from 4 to 10 May they will be in Düsseldorf, at stand 14D09, to showcase a wide range of technological innovations.
At the stand, the labelling machine model MODULAR TOP 1120-16 SM will be on display, equipped with:
- a trolley with self-adhesive module 140mt
- a trolley with self-adhesive module 140mt featuring an automatic joiner
- a trolley with a cold glue unit and 5 pallets for seal application, with new up and down safety guards and a hot melt reinforcement system
- multi-format grippers’ starwheels
- augmented reality: which will be described below.
This year the innovative sleever MAYA will also be present, available for full-body, half-body, tamper-evident and bi-pack promotional applications: it is a compact, powerful, versatile machine, fully customisable with accessories to meet the most varied marketing needs, which is able to pack containers, empty or full, of any shape, size and material and to work sleeves with reduced thickness compared to the standard, with a consequent reduction in the cost of rolls, providing packaging that also meets the high quality standards of P.E. LABELLERS.
Below we will describe the Pocket Sercos project, installed on the machine, an important technological innovation to solve problems on the line.
Packlab will showcase the linear labelling machine EASY REP FB 40 SL, the most compact model of the WING version with full cover sliding safety guards, even at the top. It ensures reduced bulk and is as flexible as a WING with a production speed up to 7,200 pph. The Packlab labelling machines are constantly evolving in order to better satisfy customer requests. The machine is equipped with a thermal transfer printer for variable data.
P.E. LABELLERS PRESENTS: THE INDUSTRY 4.0, REVOLUTIONISING SERVICE
The actual technological revolution involves the possibility of using futuristic tools for the maintenance and management of machine productivity, which are connected to devices such as tablets and smartphones, equipped with dedicated Apps (currently available for iOS software and, from 2018, they will be developed also for Android systems).
The augmented reality system installed on the Modular Top uses an iPad with a dedicated app that allows the operator to frame the machine, monitor its operating status, and display any alarms, signals or maintenance to be carried out.
With this device, the interior of the electrical cabinet can also be viewed to check its status without having to stop the machine and actually open the cabinet. All this will be “at your fingertips”.
The Sleever, instead, will be equipped with a Pocket Sercos system for online troubleshooting. The system uses both an iPhone and iPad with a dedicated App and Wi-Fi or 3G connection. In case of problems, the machine sends an alarm signal on the application and the operator can send it directly to the P.E. Service in real time. In this way, the problem can be identified directly and a solution is provided quickly and directly, where possible, with a temporary password that the P.E. support technician will send to the operator in order to set the parameters with guided support.
This system has another added value, namely, machine data reading, performed in the language of the current geographical position of the machine. In fact, being made with iOS devices, if the machine is in Portugal, the data is read in Portuguese, if in Arabia, the data is read in Arabic, and so on. No data needs to be translated, since it is read directly by the Pocket Sercos system.
