Per tutti i professionisti e i coffee lovers, l’appuntamento dal 16 al 18 giugno è allo stand D14 di Dalla Corte presso il centro Esposizioni e congressi di Gothenburg (Svezia), dove si svolge lo Scae’s Nordic World of Coffee.
Nel suo “quadrilatero del caffè” i motivi di interesse sono davvero numerosi.
La mini fabbrica
Dalla Corte non ha nulla da nascondere! La semplicità costruttiva delle sue macchine è frutto di uno studio meticoloso, che dà grandi vantaggi in fase di estrazione e di manutenzione. Per questo, un “lato” dello stand vede riprodotto un mini stabilimento, dove ogni giorno viene fabbricata una evo2 a tre gruppi. È l’occasione per constatare la qualità di ogni componente, l’innovazione che da sempre accompagna queste macchine, fare domande e verificare le certificazioni realizzate da enti terzi, che le apparecchiature hanno ottenuto.
Qualità da provare e workshop
Live/learn/share è il motto che contraddistingue anche questo appuntamento: un lato dello stand ospita due cubi con una macchina espresso evo2 a 3 gruppi e una dc pro a 3 gruppi, entrambe con macinacaffè on demand dc one, dove è in programma un fitto programma di workshop e di proof of taste. Protagonisti dei primi sono il campione mondiale 2013 di Coffee in Good Spirits Victor Delpierre e Chiara Bergonzi, seconda classificata al mondiale 2014 di Latte Art. Il caffè utilizzato nello stand è l’Orang Utan Coffee, proveniente dalle aree protette dell’Isola di Sumatra, con cui Dalla Corte collabora e dove ha portato ben 50 tra baristi, professionisti del mondo del caffè e coffee lover in occasione del dc campus lo scorso maggio. I diversi profili di tostatura realizzati da differenti torrefattori permettono di comprendere l’importanza della temperatura affinché ogni caffè possa dare il meglio in tazza e anche di realizzare altri tipi di estrazione.

La macchina creativa e il nuovo grinder doppio
Con la evo2 Blackboard è nato un nuovo rapporto con la macchina espresso che non solo eroga espressi perfetti in modo costante, ma permette di comunicare e di esprimere la propria creatività, grazie al rivestimento innovativo che ne fa una vera lavagna, sulla quale scrivere o disegnare. Accanto a essa c’è un’altra novità, il nuovo macinacaffè doppio on-demand dc two, totalmente progettato dal reparto R&D di Dalla Corte e costruito nel suo stabilimento alle porte di Milano. È ideale per locali che, pur disponendo di poco spazio, vogliono offrire più miscele o singole origini. È infatti molto compatto (misura mm 240 l x 270 h x 550 p) e monta macine piane da 65 mm dal disegno esclusivo, che danno un taglio ottimale.
Lead Free certificata
Dopo ripetuti test e controlli, tutte le macchine Dalla Corte hanno ricevuto: la NSF/ANSI 4, relativa alle parti a contatto con l’acqua e la NSF/ANSI 372 che prende in esame le leghe di metallo utilizzate. Secondo le leggi americane, le macchine sono iscrivibili nella categoria “Lead Free”, senza piombo: un obiettivo preannunciato lo scorso anno e finalmente certificato. È importante ricordare che tutte le macchine prodotte da Dalla Corte e commercializzate in ogni parte del mondo hanno queste caratteristiche.
Dunque, appuntamento a Gothenburg: come sempre Dalla Corte è un passo avanti e ha veramente molto da dire a chi ama il caffè.

The factory
Dalla Corte has nothing to hide! Quality to try and workshop

The coffee used in the booth is the Orang Utan coffee, which comes from the protected area of the Indonesian island of Sumatra, where last May Dalla Corte, that has been developing a project for over ten years, has recently been with more than fifty famous baristas, coffee experts and coffee lovers. The different roasting profile done by several roasters give the possibility of understanding the importance of the temperature in order to have perfect extraction for each kind of coffee.

The creative machine and the new double grinder
With the evo2 Blackboard a new relationship with the coffee machine has begun. A coffee machine that not only extracts perfect coffee constantly, but also allows everyone to communicate and to express its own personal creativity. This is due to its new coating that literally makes the coffee machine a blackboard, where people can write and draw on it. Give it a try!
On top of this, there is another news from the Dalla Corte world: the new dc two on demand. Completely developed by the Dalla Corte R&D department, it has been manufactured in its factory, on the outskirt of Milan. It is the perfect solution for those places that don’t have a lot of space but they still want to offer different blends or mono origin. It is, in fact, incredibly compact (mm 240 1 x 270 h x 550 p) and has got 65 mm flat burrs expressly designed to obtain the perfect cut of the bean.
Certified Lead Free
After carrying out several tests, all Dalla Corte coffee machines have obtained the following certification: the NSF/ANSI 4, related to the parts of coffee machine in contact with the water, and the NSF/ANSI 372 related to the metal alloys used. In fulfillment of the American Law, these coffee machines can be registered in the “Lead Free” category: an announced goal that has been finally certified.
