Sarà il Messe Convention Center di Berlino ad ospitare dal 6 all’8 giugno l’edizione 2019 di World of Coffee (WOC), uno degli eventi mondiali più stimolanti e innovativi per lo specialty coffee business. Astoria accoglierà i visitatori nel suo spazio espositivo (Stand B15), dove sarà possibile ammirare la Storm, la macchina di punta dell’azienda dedicata ai professionisti del caffè.
Allo stand Astoria ci sarà una vera e propria full immersion nel mondo Storm insieme a due ospiti d’eccezione: Arnon Thitiprasert (World Latte Art Champion 2017) e Michalis Dimitrakopoulos (Vice campione WBC 2019, eletto lo scorso 14 aprile a Boston) che per tutta la durata dell’evento si esibiranno per far assaggiare al pubblico i propri caffè estratti con Storm.
Anche i visitatori potranno testare in prima persona le potenzialità della macchina grazie alla presenza allo stand di alcune Storm FRC “Free to try”, che consentirà a tutti di godersi un piacevole momento di relax.
Nel 2019 Astoria festeggia i suoi primi 50 anni di attività e il World of Coffee di Berlino è la vetrina ideale per continuare a celebrare questo importante traguardo. Per questo motivo, durante il primo giorno di fiera verrà allestito presso lo stand un open bar con degli happy hour per gli amici e i clienti che in questi anni hanno avuto modo di entrare in contatto con il mondo Astoria.

Astoria and Storm at World Of Coffee in Berlin
The Messe Convention Center in Berlin will host from the 6th to the 8th of June the 2019 edition of World of Coffee (WOC), one of the most stimulating and innovative global events for the specialty coffee business. Astoria will welcome visitors to its exposition space (Stand B15), where one can admire the standard and FRC versions of the Storm.
The Astoria stand will provide full immersion in the world of Storm together with two exceptional guests: Arnon Thitiprasert (World Latte Art Champion 2017) and Michalis Dimitrakopoulos (Vice Champion WBC 2019 at the recent championships held in Boston) who will present a latte art show and a work shop dedicated to showing off the potential of Storm.
Visitors may also test the features of the machine for themselves thanks to the presence at the stand of a “Free to try” area permitting all baristas to test the functions of Storm and micro roasters to show off their own coffee using the FRC version, maximizing the level of personalization and experimenting “live” with various types of extractions.
The World of Coffee in Berlin will be one of the important stops in the celebration of 50 years of Astoria with a happy hour dedicated to professionals in the sector and to friends of Astoria who arrive at the stand from 18.30 onwards Thursday June 6th.
