Brambati Spa è un’azienda che opera nel settore alimentare da oltre 75 anni e particolarmente nelle industrie dolciarie, biscottifici, panifici, pastifici e baby-food. Per questi settori progetta, costruisce ed installa impianti completi fino all'alimentazione dei punti di utilizzo, e precisamente stoccaggio, pesatura, pulitura, trasporto, dosaggio di materie prime sia in polvere (farina, zucchero, etc) che liquide (acqua, olio etc.). Brambati è, pertanto, specializzata nella prima parte del processo dove tutti gli ingredienti sono propriamente trasportati e preparati per alimentare le specifiche macchine di processo. Nella produzione rientrano anche i sistemi completi per la lavorazione dello zucchero cristallino e per lo zucchero invertito.



Durante questi anni ha sviluppato una grande esperienza nell’impiantistica per il settore caffè. La Brambati spa infatti, progetta, costruisce ed installa impianti completi per la lavorazione del caffè, partendo dal chicco verde fino all’alimentazione delle confezionatrici e delle capsulatrici, passando attraverso tutte le fasi di processo, inclusi tostatura e macinazione. Tutti gli impianti sono completamente automatizzati permettendo all’operatore un controllo completo, applicando, se richiesto, le funzionalità ai fini dell’Industria 4.0.



Brambati Spa is a company that has been operating in the food sector for over 75 years and particularly in the confectionery, biscuits, bakery, pasta and baby-food industries. For these sectors it designs, builds and installs complete plants up to the feeding of the points of use, such as storage, weighing, cleaning, transport, dosing of raw materials both powder (flour, sugar, etc.) and liquid (water, oil, etc.). Brambati is, therefore, specialized in the first part of the process where all ingredients are properly handled and prepared to feed the specific process machines. The production also includes complete systems for the processing of crystal and inverted sugar.

During these years it has developed a great experience in the engineering for the coffee sector. Brambati spa, in fact, designs, manufactures and installs complete plants for coffee processing, starting from the green bean receiving up to the feeding of the packaging machines and, capsuling machines, passing through all the process phases, including roasting and grinding. All systems are fully automated allowing the operator a complete control, applying, if required, the functionalities for Industry 4.0.
