Flessibilità e velocità sono fondamentali; OCME ha così rimodellato le tecnologie, creando sistemi modulari ad alte prestazioni, come l’ultima generazione dei robot antropomorfi (Fanuc) accoppiati con vari servomotori. Questi ultimi utilizzano il Software user-friendly che consente di risparmiare spazio, semplifica le operazioni di manutenzione e aumenta la possibilità di sviluppare sistemi verso le future esigenze del mercato, come i tempi di cambio formato pari a zero. Oggi l’azienda propone al mercato del Tissue una soluzione completamente automatica per la palettizzazione di scatole, cartoni, sacchi, fasce e prodotti industriali”.
Durante i 4 giorni di esposizione si avrà modo di interagire con gli esperti del settore OCME che saranno presenti allo stand I 280 nella Hall G dove saranno presentate le soluzioni complete per il fine linea nel settore Tissue composto da: navette LGV Auriga, gamma di pallettizzatori in linea Orion, pallettizzatori tradizionali con alimentazione a 90° Perseus e i pallettizzatori robotizzati OCME.

From the 15th to the 17th of March 2016 OCME will attend the largest event dedicated to the Tissue industry in North America, Tissue World to be held in New Orleans at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Flexibility and speed are key; OCME has shaped the technical revolution by making modular systems with high performance, such as the one provided by the last generation of the anthropomorphous Robots (Fanuc) coupled with several servo motors.
The latter uses the user-friendly software that saves space, simplifies maintenance operations and increases the possibility to develop and adapt systems towards future market needs, such as zero change-over time. Today, OCME offers to the Tissue market a fully automatic system for palletizing: boxes, sacks, bundles and displays of folded product, industrial, bathroom and kitchen rolls”.
