L’avvicinamento da parte di questo prestigioso gruppo a P.E. LABELLERS è derivato dal voler acquistare 3 macchine etichettatrici per linea champagne 15.000 bph con orientamento ottico integrato, controllo qualità applicazione etichette e abbigliamento formati con etichette autoadesive, che ha cambiato completamente il sistema colla a freddo attualmente utilizzato sulle macchine tedesche in VC e MC Group.
Le soluzioni che P.E. LABELLERS ha proposto sono state macchine etichettatrici serie MODULAR PLUS, con telecamere orientamento B-BULL, e sistema ispezione qualità di fornitura P.E.; è stata inoltre installata della componentistica made in France e sono state migliorate le prestazioni touch-screen e Sistema Controllo Qualità in quanto sviluppati assieme agli operatori del cliente che hanno apportato le loro idee di praticità giornaliera.
Il risultato è stato che P.E. LABELLERS ha fornito un totale di 3 macchine al Gruppo Veuve Clicquot in Reims e 1 per il Gruppo Möet et Chandon per la nuova cantina di Montaigu. Le etichettatrici fornite hanno contribuito ad aumentare le efficienze delle linee dello stabilimento di Reims. Il lungo lavoro di sviluppo e customizzazione del Sistema Controllo Qualità e touch-screen, hanno contribuito alla facilità d’uso delle macchine dal cliente ed aiutato PE ad avere sistemi integrati più vicini alle esigenze degli operatori.
L’anno 2016 è già iniziato con nuove sinergie fra LVMH e PE, siamo stati infatti orgogliosi di ricevere altre 3 commesse per macchine Modular Top, con sistemi d’etichettaggio autoadesivo, colla a freddo ed abbinate ai nostri sleever Maya, per gli stabilimenti di Hennessy in Cognac. AN IMPORTANT CONQUEST FOR P.E. LABELLERS BY MOËT HENNESSY

The move of this prestigious group towards P.E. LABELLERS steams from the intention to buy 3 labelling machines for a 15,000 bph champagne line with integrated optical orientation, label application quality control and sleeve formats with self-adhesive labels, which has completely changed the cold glue system currently used on the German machines in VC and MC Group.
The solutions offered by P.E. LABELLERS consist of the MODULAR PLUS series with B-BULL orientation cameras, and P.E.-supplied quality inspection system; it also installed parts manufactured in France and improved touch-screen performance and a Quality Control System, as they were developed with the customer’s operators, who provided their input on everyday practical operation.
The result is that P.E. LABELLERS supplied a total of 3 machines to the Veuve Clicquot Group in Reims and 1 for the Möet et Chandon Group for their new cellar in Montaigu. The supplied labellers have helped increase the efficiency of the lines of the factory in Reims. The long development and customisation process of the Quality Control System and touch-screen have led to easy customer control of the machines and have helped P.E. achieve integrated systems that are closer to operator needs.
2016 has already begun with new synergies between LVMH and PE. Indeed, we were pleased to receive another 3 job orders for the Modular Top machines with the cold-glue self-adhesive labelling systems combined with our Maya sleeves, for Hennessy’s plants in Cognac. The trust is a confirmation and full reward for the results PE achieved in the LVMH group, which chose Italian-made manufacturing by P.E. LABELLERS to package its important luxury products.
