Lo scorso Martedì 23 Agosto 2016 il Ministro del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali Dr.ssa Michaela Marksová e il Ministro dell’Industria e del Commercio Dr. Jan Mládek hanno visitato il nostro Stabilimento Viroplastic CZ nell’ambito della visita ufficiale nella città di Frýdek-Mistek.
I ministri sono stati particolarmente interessati alle zone industriali presenti in città e dintorni. “I rappresentanti della città di Frýdek-Mistek hanno voluto mostrare ai ministri Marksová e Mládek degli esempi di aziende moderne ed efficienti nel distretto di Frýdek Mistek. Hanno scelto per questo la nostra azienda Viroplastic CZ nella zona industriale di Lískovec e l’azienda Vyncke in quella di Chlebovice. I ministri hanno quindi visitato i nostri reparti produttivi e hanno assitito alla produzione dei tappi di plastica”…che in Agosto è a pieno regime” ha detto il Direttore di Viroplastic CZ, Ing Karel Kadlubiec.
I due ministri hanno anche affrontato alcuni problemi locali, fra i quali quello di migliorare la qualifica tecnica dei giovani dopo l’istruzione superiore tecnica e quello di istituire un corso di studio apposito sulle tecniche di iniezione della plastica. “Attualmente dobbiamo formare noi stessi il nostro personale addetto alle macchine – ha sottolineato l’Ing Karel Kadlubiec – con il conseguente problema di trattenere i giovani più promettenti sul territorio”
“La produzione dei tappi di plastica, rappresenta il core business di Viroplastic CZ, e risente chiaramente di una forte stagionalità legata al consumo di acque minerali e bibite in bottiglie di plastica. Per sei mesi la nostra produzione va avanti per sette giorni la settimana, mentre per il resto dell’anno possiamo scendere a cinque giorni la settimana – ha proseguito l’ing Kadlubiec – Il 2014 e il 2015 sono stati anni da record, anche per le estati molto calde, tuttavia anche quest’anno riusciremo a tenere un livello di produzione simile, nonostante un’estate sensibilmente più fresca” ha concluso il Direttore Kadlubiec.

and Trade Dr. Jan Mládek have visited the Viroplastic CZ Plant in Frýdek-Mistek On Tuesday, August 23th 2016, the Minister of Labour and Social Policy Dr. Michaela Marksová and the Minister of Industry and Trade Dr. Jan Mládek visited our Plant Viroplastic CZ as part of their official visit in the city of Frýdek-MistekThe two Ministers were particularly interested in the industrial area in the city and surroundings, “The Representatives Authorities of Frýdek-Mistek wanted to show Marksová and Mládek the examples of modern and efficient Companies in Frýdek-Mistek District. For these reasons they have chosen our Plant Viroplastic CZ in the industrial area of Lískovec and the Company Vyncke in the area of Chlebovice.
So Ministers visited our production departments and seen the automatic production of plastic caps for beverages “… that in August it is at its full capacity” said the Director of Viroplastic CZ, Eng Karel Kadlubiec.
During their visit the two Ministers also were related about some local problems, including the necessity to improve the technical qualification of young technics after their high technical school education, and even the request to create a special course of study for specialization in plastic injection techniques. “Actually we have to train our new employees directly working on the machines – said Mr. Karel Kadlubiec – with the consequent problem, when they are formed, of keeping the most promising of them in the area “
“The production of plastic caps, is the core business of Viroplastic CZ, and it’s clearly affected by a strong seasonality linked to the consumption of mineral water and soft drinks in plastic bottles. For six months our production goes on seven days a week, while for the rest of the year we can get down to five days a week – said the engineer Kadlubiec – the 2014 and 2015 were record years, even for the very hot summers, but this year we manage to keep a similar production level, despite the significantly cooler summer “, the Director Kadlubiec concluded.
