ReiCat GmbH è un’azienda tedesca con sede in Assia, nell`area di Francoforte, che sviluppa e produce da più di trent’anni impianti per la riduzione delle emissioni in atmosfera e la purificazione dei gas.

Nel campo della torrefazione del caffè, ReiCat produce tre tipi principali di macchinari:

• ReiCatino: per Torrefattrici da 1 kg fino a 22 kg/ciclo
• Catalizzatore «Gourmet»: per Torrefattrici da 30 kg fino a 60 kg/ciclo
• Catalizzatore «Standard»: per Torrefattrici a partire da 90 Kg fino ad arrivare alle più ampie portate

I vantaggi principali dei catalizzatori ReiCat sono i seguenti:

• Risparmio energetico del 50% rispetto al classico «Bruciafumi»
• Rispetto delle leggi italiane ed europee in tema ambientale (COT < 35 mg/Nm³;
• Formaldeide < 15 mg/Nm³; NOx < 350 mg/Nm³; CO < 100 mg/Nm³)
• Totale rimozione dei fumi e degli odori emanati durante la tostatura del caffè
• Conversione degli Idrocarburi (sostanze nocive e cancerogene) in Acqua e CO2 (sostanze innocue)

After changing the name from IPA Gastechnik GmbH to ReiCat GmbH in 2002 Dipl.-Ing. Michael Höfling took over the sole management in 2010. Located in Gelnhausen (Hesse) we look back to 35 years of experience.

ReiCat combines its catalyst know-how with its vast experience in the field of gas technology. Using our test and pilot plants we are constantly optimizing the efficiency and reliability of our systems. We supply according to the current codes and standards (DIN, EN, ASME, GOST, China Stamp…) and offer a world-wide engineering service.

Besides common engineering ReiCat guarantees high level standard of service and reliability all around gas treatment, gas purification and gas recycling as well as waste gas and waste air purification or catalyst technology.
