Debutta alla Fiera di Rimini l’ultimo successo editoriale dei fratelli Bazzara: il volume mette a sistema molti fra i più importanti esperti nazionali del comparto caffè.
CoffeExperts, il nuovo libro di casa Bazzara curato dai fratelli Andrea e Marco, sarà presentato per la prima volta a livello nazionale lunedì 14 marzo, a Rimini, in occasione di Sigep, “The Dolce World Expo”, importante appuntamento professionale dedicato al Foodservice Dolce.
A introdurre la presentazione ci sarà il ministro delle Politiche Agricole, Ambientali e Forestali Stefano Patuanelli, autore della postfazione di CoffeExperts che chiude l’attualissima sezione del volume dedicata alla sostenibilità nel comparto caffeicolo.
Frutto di due anni di intenso lavoro redazionale che hanno distillato i migliori interventi di ben quattro edizioni del summit Trieste Coffee Experts, il libro propone un affascinante viaggio nel mondo del caffè esplorato da vari punti di vista e prospettive, alle quali hanno dato voce grandissime personalità del mondo caffeicolo italiano, e non solo.

First official presentation of CoffeExperts: the book will be introduced by Minister Patuanelli on Monday, March 14th at Sigep.
The latest editorial success of the Bazzara brothers will be launched at the Rimini fair: the book gathers many of the most important national experts in the coffee sector.
CoffeExperts, the new Bazzara book curated by the brothers Andrea and Marco, will be presented nationally for the first time on Monday, March 14th in Rimini at the Sigep event: “The Dolce World Expo”, an important professional event dedicated to the dessert-and-coffee Foodservice industry.
The Minister of Agricultural, Environmental and Forestry Policies Stefano Patuanelli will be introducing the presentation of the book, as he’s the illustrious author of the book’s afterword, which closes the section dedicated to sustainability in the coffee sector.
CoffeExperts is the result of two years of intense editorial work and contains the best interventions of four editions of the summit Trieste Coffee Experts, offering a fascinating journey into the world of coffee explored from various perspectives, voiced by great personalities of the Italian coffee world and beyond.
Among the prominent personalities who contributed to the book, stands out the author of the preface: Maurizio Cimbali, President of the prestigious Cimbali Group and appointed Knight of Labour by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella. Though, there are other important names that catch the eye, such as the Italian Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia Gloria Isabel Ramírez Ríos , Giuseppe Biffi of Siemens and Michele Cannone of Lavazza; just to name a few.
